I'd suggest changing some of the information that is element content (text)  into attribute URIs.  Specifically, the "type" elements ought to be rdf:type instead.  Then the ROR "types" like "Contact" would become regular rdf resources.  This would make them more useful.  True, displaying those labels would take a little more doing, but not much, given that the system that reads the file already has to know what a ROR file is anyway.

I'd also suggest adding a "link" element the the html page in the root directory, just like the rss autodiscovery links.  This would provide another method of autodiscovery.
