ANN: GNU JAXP 1.3

This is to announce the 1.3 release of GNU JAXP, the last release as a 
standalone package. This release has been merged into the latest 
version of GNU Classpath, 0.13, and will be maintained there, in order 
to complete the J2SE coverage of Classpath and see earlier adoption 
into free JVMs.

The standalone release package is available here:
