Fixed/updated, with fairly extensive (informative) examples and some
brainos corrected as well.  Also added a schema (RNG), which may not be
correct; Bob Foster just kindly sent me an RNC version that I need to
check mine against ... *laugh*.

Feel free to flame or to comment kindly.  The need for greater formality
is hereby noted as a Known Issue[tm].
