The RSS 0.91 and RSS 1.0 feeds are publicly available, and we don't
track who gets them.  They don't contain the actual content, and are
only good for 30 days after issue -- after that, the archive closes.

	http://www.reutershealth.com/eline.rdf (RSS 1.0)

B2B delivery is in any of plain text, XHTML, XHTML with embedded PRISM
(actually proto-PRISM), or NewsML.  We don't do B2C for money; the RSS
indexes the publicly available parts of our Web site.
