That's a permathread all over the net. Some people prefer it one way, 
others another, and both sides will come up with smart but useless 
arguments to show that the other side's approach is evil.

However, at some point some people got the weird notion that you could 
use computers to store a little information about subscribers, and again 
use computers to send different headers to different people depending on
