I used RDDL a lot for a while during a burst of writing processing rule vocabularies: http://simonstl.com/ns/fragments/ http://simonstl.com/ns/namespaces/ http://simonstl.com/ns/gorille/ I find them useful, but mostly I've found other things (mostly HTML docs or schemas) at the end of the namespace URI.
