I used a specific qna markup vocab for about 6 months,
then fell back on docbook.
QnA inside website.dtd
  Sleek, to say the least.
   Especially since Norm did some magic enabling
   totally separate files for emacs :)

Worked well for the last 4 years.

   more recently relax ng
