No problem in RNG:

color = "red" | "yellow" | "orange" | "green"

start = element fruitbasket {

		attribute color {color},
		attribute * - color {text} *
	} +
}

Unfortunately there's just no way to do something like this in XSD; even
Trang can only translate this into a processContents "skip" wildcard.
