I find it odd that your company needs to ask other (certifying)
organizations whether their staff have the skills that your company
needs, e.g. in order to stop using those skills and manage others :-)

Kafka would be proud!

W3C can't endorse any particular training or certification course,
and since all that matters is you have one, I'd say choose the
cheapest you can find. Heck, tell me when people should use
attributes and when elements, and whether Unicode Normalization
should be applied before or after entity expansion, and I'll
send you a certification for only $5,000 :-) :-)

But if you have a specific project, and particular things you
need to know about, I'd say spend a day emailing XML training
offices, and then maybe post a more specific question about them
here if you need to.
