Reading the documentation, it appears that Saxon accepts the query
from the command line. This could be inconvenient for large, complex,
multiline queries. Is there anyway to read the query from stdin or
from a file?

I'm tempted to whip up a quick Swing GUI like Quip's, but I
volunterred at the last minute to cover an XQiery presentation on
Monday and I doubt I have time. :-(
