It's postings like this that make some people think that Microsoft continues its insincerity in the anti-trust area. While Ballmer can publically claim "we get it," the posting above would make many people think that (a) you don't get it; (b) you don't care; (c) MSFT needs to better educate its posters on how to act so that they still have plausible deniability. So here, let me save you a few hours of corporate training and let xml-dev once again prove its worth: because Microsoft has a monopoly position on the desktop, it cannot do freely what others can. That's not an opinion or viewpoint; it's a matter of US law. "With great power comes great responsibility."
