Do-It-Yourself-Printing anything with more than 30 pages for using
it like a book works only in companies with deranged politics.
I only did it twice because in the second case the real book wasn't
available. Reasons include
- Printing costs (including the time the printer is blocked) are
  still high enough.
- Self made, spiral bound books are generally heavier, harder to
  handle and degrade much more quickly than real books.
