RE: Managing Innovation

roger s innovation
www.xfront.com

The beauty in what Roger does is that he asks questions
here on XML-Dev, steers the debate, synthesizes, feeds it back to us
for modifications, then credits the contributors.
It has become like SAX, one of the contributions
that XML-Dev can take a measure of pride in because
even where individuals may differ on particulars,
it is an excellent synthesis of our common practice
and knowledge in an easy to read, easy to understand
form. So even where people shy away from this list
for various reasons, they can still gain the advantage
of what is offered collectively. It is an exquisite
example of directed collaboration.

Something else from HBS on the topic of motivation:

I'm not familiar with Roger's page, but I'd love to take a look. I'll
ask Google where it is.

Thanks,
