When I recently reviewed the W3C Recommendation "XML Infomation Set"(available at http://www.w3.org/TR/xml-infoset/), I found there was a little problem with the recommendation. The recommendation says in its introduction: "In this specification, the words "must", "should", and "may" assume the meanings specified in [RFC2119], except that the words do not appear in uppercase." However, I could not find any words "MUST", "SHOULD" and "MAY" in uppercase in the recommendation. Does this mean that [1]"must", "should" and "may" assume the meanings specified in [RFC2119], even if they appear in lowercase, or [2] all these words do not conform to [RFC2119]? Collin
