No. XSLT 2.0 brings in useful things that will make it (in appearance) an easy 
sell, such as inclusion of text (for processors that don't support XInlude) or 
regexen.

However all the WXS cruft that was thrown into that specific kitchen sink will 
very likely scare some people away, not to get into issues relating to 
implementation complexity. Modularisation exists for a purpose, and a module is 
where all that stuff belongs.
