Bingo.  I've never liked "namespace name" for the URI, and pretty much
always refer to it as a "namespace URI", since URIs aren't anything like
XML names.  Hence my difficulty reading the errata correctly.

That takes care of it, though it means I have a bug to fix elsewhere.
