first they said it couldn't be done. then they said it shouldn't be done.
but by god it has! and never will it be undone.

Recursive Descent Parser Generator in XSLT
http://www.o-xml.org/yapp/

comes with a lexical scanner generator, BNF parser (generate it from the
grammar) and a fully functional grammar for XPath location paths.

of course i'd rather have done recursive ascent, or Early sets, or
anything bottom-up, but this is XSLT after all.


maybe Simon will use it for his next MMIX interpretor. (smiley implied)
