Sayali, I would recommend you look at [1], an announcement of Financial Products Markup Language (FpML) Version 2.0. It's probably not what you need but it may lead you to something useful. There are also a slew of additional references at the bottom (such as Market Data Definition Language, MDDL) that may help.
