The ebxmlrr project [1] of freebxml.org [2] is pleased to announce our
latest release 2.1beta3.

The ebxmlrr project implements all functionality described by version
2.1 of ebXML Registry specifications [3]. It also implements several
features of the latest interim specifications for ebXML Registry V3 [4].

The OASIS ebXML Registry specifications are defined by the OASIS ebXML
Registry Technical Committee [5]. Several presentations [6] are
available to provide a high level overview of ebXML Registry specifications.

This is a bug fix release. You may view the content of 2.1beta3 at:
