I wouldn't, they shouldn't, we mustn't. 

But that's not the same as:

I won't, they shant, we can't.


What Alaric said: "But you're supposed to only use URLs you control."

What I said (paraphrased): "You can use URLs you don't control, but only
prescribed by the controlling authority. Caveat: there's no mechnism of
enforcement for some use cases."

It's really only a nit. You can pick nits here, right?
