It seems pretty obvious that there's no overwhelming consensus in favor 
of moving the list, and it was nice of the Oasis CEO to state that, 
contrary to the earlier guidance we'd received, Oasis does value 
xml-dev.  And it's nice to know that if things don't work out we have 
alternatives that would be glad to have us.  So I'm going to shut up 
about this now.
