I think there are enough subnets at MS to distinguish the votes, but I can't
be sure of that. I don't know what else to do to make the votes unique,
without asking voters to identify themselves, which can be fraught with
problems, too.

Another thing I could do is to have the script forward votes to one or more
"observers" so that all the votes could be verified. I count by hand and I
have a script that greps and counts votes as well.
