That's exactly my point.  This sort of thing is easy to do with
tools that are WXS-aware and have full access to the PSVI and
schema, but darn near impossible with tools that aren't.  This
makes the data less useful, since fewer tools can process it.

Now that might be a moot point; it might be the case that WXS support
will be a common feature in major XML toolkits.  If that happens,
then the example International Purchase Order schema might very
well be a good design.

I'm not placing any bets (or any data!) on that horse though.
