Sean's comment was that technology should not *need* a GUI, not that he wants to always use a CLI for everything. It's more a statement that he wants to be *able* to do whatever he likes with a CLI, should the need arise. For example, if he were blind. As many computer users are, and many more probably would be if software weren't so wedded to the concept of a two dimensional pixel array. I would add a clause to exclude things that have a genuinely graphical problem domain such as image editing, but otherwise, I generally agree as a rough rule of thumb. > Cheers, > Tony.
