Nor is the Semantic Web (for any definition I've seen of the Semantic Web).

Nor is the Semantic Web.

Maybe capitalism is flawed because there are still crooks that can filch your 
money?

I think that anyone arguing that the Semantic Web can somehow do away with 
abuse is flawed.

I've never had problems with these deficiencies with the Web because I've 
never had the need to live in a clean, orderly, concordant Universe.  I won't 
have a problem with the same deficiencies in SW, either.
