Interesting article... and I'm all for a binary form of structured data 
for the purpose of transmission...but ohmygosh..errr..does it bother anyone 
else that PSVI and TCP/IP just occurred in such close proximity?

I vote to remove PSVI from the "XML Stack" on the grounds that
it crucifies pragmatic interfaces.
