OT: another poetry contest

diamante poem
Ann Navarro, Mike Champion, Sean McGrath and I are co-writing a book
on XML and I want a diamante poem to illustrate some points. Since
I'm not a good poet, but there are people on this list who are, I'm
hoping one or more of you can come up with a diamante poem that is
related to XML, that we can publish in the book. The prize for the
winner (to be judged by the four of us) is a copy of the book, due
out early next year. And credit in the book, of course!

The diamante poem is a non-rhyming seven line poem set up in a
diamond shape:
1.	One noun, which is the subject of the poem
2.	Two adjectives that describe the subject
3.	Three verbs ending in "ing" that describe the subject
4.	Four nouns or adjectives, two of which are related to the subject
and two of which are related to the opposite subject
5.	Three verbs ending in "ing" that describe the opposite subject
6.	Two adjectives that describe the opposite subject
7.	The opposite subject

I'm looking forward to seeing what XML-DEV can do!

cheers,

Lauren
