XML Europe 2003 Call for Participation


XML Europe 2003 Call for Participation
    The XML Europe 2003 Conference will take place in London, England, from
    5-8 May, 2003.

    The deadline for paper proposals for XML Europe 2003 is Friday, 13
    December, 2002.  See the call for participation at

In detail:

XML Europe provides the premier European forum for the XML community,
spanning
the worlds of electronic business, publishing, the Internet, e-government,
software and open standards development.  This year's conference takes as
its
theme "Powering the Information Society," reflecting the crucial place XML
is
taking in underpinning many of the the systems that form a real part of our
lives.

XML Europe's remit is traditionally broad: mixing the newest technology with
the latest thinking in the business and legal issues of information
management.

There are many ways to participate in the conference, by presenting a 
paper, a tutorial, as a vendor-presenter, or by presenting a late-breaking
news item.

For regular presentations and tutorials the deadline for proposal submission
(not the full paper) is 13 December 2002.  Presentation proposals will be
appreciated in, but not limited to, the following areas:

* Case Studies
* Content Management
* Core Technologies
* Databases
* Electronic Business
* Government
* Legal
* Graphics and Multimedia
* Knowledge Technologies
* Publishing
* Web Services
