And the main point of my reply was to point out that the research may indicate that old assumptions were 
wrong or that previous specs are inadequate, and that "communication" does not imply "agreement."  I have 
no informed opinion about XLink vs RDF vs TM vs HLink vs AF, but would suggest that the current confusion 
is due AT LEAST as much to a learning process as to a process failure.
