XML schema/DTD for Yellow Pages

Hello

We are embarking on a Yellow Pages project for a client.
This is for a particular ethnic community, and we are attempting to define the various classifications in a heirarchical manner. I believe there should an XML schema or DTD already deefined with various tag names to define Yellow page content.
Please point us in the right direction.
