Uhh, only the TAG findings can be considered authoritative,
and they don't constrain a whole lot at the moment. 
The design issues are clearly the Director's personal vision,
and Dr. Fielding's dissertation has no normative status
whatsoever, as much as one can appreciate its clarity
of vision.

Just my personal, non-authoritative, opinion, of course.
