Concrete shoes might be a good idea for URIs...

But as for concrete proposals, see:

I'd love it if the specs came around to such concrete practice.

(The site is unfinished at present, and yes, the navigation will improve
once I switch from my slides stylesheet to something more Web-friendly.)
