Neither repetition does much to change the underlying reality.
Expectations for URLs regarding their nature as locators remain whether
or not they're called URIs.  "with a resolution mechanism" changes the
rules of the game irrevocably.

As to whether you're "getting better and better", that is hopefully the
case but likely has nothing to do with repeating the Coue mantra.
