Nyet.  This can't be covered up with wordsmithing.  It is an
architectural problem.  As long as it is syntactically a URzed, 
it is dereferenceable.

Now it is your fault and you have to do something about it.  
Remember the Principle of Least Astonishment:  don't shock 
the monkey.
