Sure, that would be very useful, but fragments are not supported by HTTP
1.1 and this would require (as mention by Simon St.Laurent) to use a
synatxe based on a query rather than fragments and this has been ruled
out of XPointer. This doesn't mean that such a syntax couldn't be
proposed, eventually borrowing constructs and ideas from XPointer...
