RE: Quick Xpath


quick xpath
Interesting - 

XML Spy liked 

	//b[preceding-sibling::*[local-name()= 'a']]

but did nothing with 

		/foo/b[preceding-sibling::*[1][self::a]]

but take out the [1]  and it works (?!)

I'm pretty sure that's wrong but I'll wait for Jeni, Dave Carlisle, Mike
Kay or one of the other XPath experts to confirm this before jumping to
