Hi, Sebastian!

In addition to the fine resources Mike provided, if you are need of a 
good book on XSLT you might check out Doug Tidwell's XSLT: Mastering XML 
Transformations.

Also, if you are a Mozilla user you zvon.org have CSS and XSLT sidebars 
that are very helpful.
