publish vxml @ xml

hi.
 
I've develop vxml and xml code. How do I publish it like we do for html/jsp/asp? What infrastructure (database, server, etc)
that we need in order to publish the code to internet user. How to view the code beside through telephone like we view
current html? I have a web pages in html also and coverting it to vxml, but when I display it through internet explorer or
netscape navigator, it come out as what I has coded (the exact code), and not like the previous html code when publish it to the
net. Please help me.
