  libxml has an HTML parser as part of its input sources, it generates
DOM or SAX compatble with the other parts of the processing toolchain
(I'm persmally using HTML -> XSLT -> HTML to build and maintain its 
 web site at http://xmlsoft.org/)
  The licence is the MIT Licence.
