This is a very good point.  The prescriptions of economists are generally
about maximizing utility summed over everybody, without much concern for
how it winds up being distributed.  Henry George was an honorable
exception, and the closest thing to libertarianism I can accept.
I didn't mention "monopoly" in my previous reply for nothing.
