The latter part of your original post which talked about proliferation of URI schemes on the Web (are FTP, email and USENET really the Web?) gave me the impression that you somehow felt that web accessibility had something to do with XML namespace URIs. -- THINGS TO DO IF I BECOME AN EVIL OVERLORD #68 I will spare someone who saved my life sometime in the past.
