This is why it's usually the larger guys that dictate to the smaller guys: they can't afford *not* to. The create thier own standards, and might even define them well. They leave it to the smaller guys to [expletive deleted] up the cost of getting it to work.

FWIW. A 1% error rate on humanly-marked up/corrected documents is pretty good... I remember using a very good double-keying + tagging service once that have about 98%.
