Hi All, We have a xml document and xml schema which uses the namespace "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:xml-data" & "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:datatypes" The objective is to use JAVA Based XML parser like Oracle xmlparser and schema processor to validate the xml using the above mentioned schema. The problem is that these processors does not identify the namespace, which is of microsoft. Is there any way to overcome this. I've pasted the part of sample schema that i'm using below. Thanks in advance. Sudeep. <?xml version="1.0"?> <Schema xmlns="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:xml-data" xmlns:dt="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:datatypes"> <!-- contents of XML Schema document goes here --> <ElementType name="POS" content="eltOnly"> <element type="PO_BATCH_HEADER" minOccurs="1" maxOccurs="*"/> </ElementType> <ElementType name="PO_BATCH_HEADER" content="eltOnly"> <element type="PO_BATCH_HEADER_INFORMATION" minOccurs="1" maxOccurs="1"/> <element type="BATCH_POS" minOccurs="1" maxOccurs="1"/> </ElementType> <ElementType name="BATCH_POS" content="eltOnly"> <element type="PO" minOccurs="1" maxOccurs="*"/> </ElementType> <ElementType name="PO_BATCH_HEADER_INFORMATION" content="eltOnly"> <element type="client_business_indicator" minOccurs="1" maxOccurs="1"/> <element type="transmission_datetime" minOccurs="1" maxOccurs="1"/> <element type="transmission_file_version" minOccurs="1" maxOccurs="1"/> </ElementType> <ElementType name="client_business_indicator" content="textOnly" dt:type="string" dt:maxLength="3"/> <ElementType name="transmission_datetime" content="textOnly" dt:type="dateTime"/> <ElementType name="transmission_file_version" content="textOnly" dt:type="string" dt:maxLength="3"/>
