RE: XML Validation Tool using MS XML 4

XML spy 4.2 has MS XML 4 support only for XSL, I
guess. In my schema, I defined an element's type as
xs:float. If the element has a null value [<ELM/>],
XML4 doesn't allow this but XMLSpy does allow this
quite happily.
