XML and Halloween

US holiday today (Halloween), but then I bumped into the
article by Pekka Kilpelainen and Derick Wood,
"SGML and XML Document Grammars and Exceptions."
In Information and Computation Volume 169, Number 2
(September 2001), pages 230-251 (with 19 references).
