RE: XML under JDK 1.0 and spacecraft

Nope, the Microsoft JVM is JDK 1.1.

I would instead suspect a Netscape 3.0 JVM. You know, "the JVM so buggy that
it nearly managed to kill Java at its birth". I'm totally off topic here,
but a lot of early critics made about Java 1.0 (slow, long startup time,
buggy, etc.) back in 1995-1996 should have been targeted to the Netscape
implementation instead.

Regards,
Nicolas
