Hum, should I really send announcement to XML-Dev each time
I release a new libxml version ? Mayvybe there is an accepted
guideline like only advertizing major release. Otherwise this
is gonna turn into an advertizing channel. The fact the software
is free makes it easier to accept, but still the right way
to advertize new version is IMHO to use freshmeat or similar
dedicated software update channels.

  my 2 cents,

Daniel
