That may very well be, but you must be cognizant of the fact that you will (and very well should) get input that says "and here are some more ideas that WE think are required of a new version as well". Experience and difficulty with the current Rec are not a closed event unto those in the WG. Let us listen closely, lest we end up with a Rec that solves very few problems (with vague indications of forward work), and then refuses to do so yet again.
