Not even that, just a few rules for deducing name and name-start
status from the existing fields, plus a very small backward
compatibility table for Unicode 2.0 cruft.

 

In fact, the UCD itself is not be extended any more; instead,
Unicode creates subsidiary tables such as Asian Width.
