Hi Thushara,

An ampersand (&) may be escaped numerically (&) or with a general
entity
(&).

<SUPPLIERCOMPANYNAME>JONSON &amp; JONSON</SUPPLIERCOMPANYNAME>

or you can declare a entity with this value !
